The AI responses generated by the Service are for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not create a professional-client relationship of any kind. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed professional.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Service provides information based on AI models and third-party data sources. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information provided. Property data, market values, and comparable sales information may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions vary by location and change frequently. Realtor AI does not endorse or recommend any specific professional, and the inclusion of "Find Professionals" search features in the Service does not constitute a professional referral or endorsement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REALTOR AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR FROM ANY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
